Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cienergychile.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
